As a skilled child psychologist, teacher, and Islamic faith professional who aims to combine her expertise to help people develop holistically, Fatima’s vision is to provide people with a safe, nurturing environment that fosters their psychological, educational, and spiritual growth. As a Teacher, Curriculum Developer, and Educational Program Developer at Al Ghazali College since 2012, she has been instrumental in creating an integrated curriculum that incorporates Islamic values, critical thinking skills, and spiritual development.

Lutfiya is an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching in the foundation phase. She has demonstrated a strong passion for fostering young learners' academic and personal growth throughout her career. With a background in special education, Lutfiya has worked with diverse student needs, ensuring each child receives the support necessary to thrive. Currently serving as the Head of Department (HOD) for the Foundation Phase at Al Ghazali College, Lutfiya leads a team of dedicated educators, guiding the department to maintain high educational standards and create an inclusive learning environment. Their extensive experience, combined with a deep commitment to early childhood development, enables her to inspire both students and staff.
