1. Shipping Destinations

The Baadiyah Academy for Education and Development ships physical books nationwide across South Africa. International shipping can be arranged upon special request; please contact us directly at our academy email for a custom international shipping quote before placing your order.

2. Processing Times

All book orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Courier (South Africa): Estimated 3–5 business days from shipment date.
• Express Delivery (Main Centres): Estimated 1–2 business days from shipment date.
• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unforeseen regional circumstances.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the designated courier’s portal.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

The Academy is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party couriers. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team immediately at our listed contact channels with photographic evidence so we can assist you in filing a claim.
